We’ve put together a list of business and marketing tools that you may not have known have free or discounted options for non-profits. We’ve used many of the tools below and are excited to share them with you!
Constant Contact
This popular email marketing platform offers a 20% discount off of their standard pricing when prepaying for 6 months, or a 30% discount when prepaying for 12 months.
If you are in the United States, you must send us your Federal government Letter of Determination, 501 (c)3 or (c)6. Your Tax Pay ID paperwork does not count.

Mailchimp
This email marketing platform offers a 15% discount to verified non-profit organizations and charities. You will need to provide a digital copy of your official 501(c)3 determination letter for verification.
To request a non-profit discount:
- Visit the Contact page
- Click the Topic drop-down, then choose Billing
- Click the What kind of billing question do you have? drop-down, then choose Non-profit Discount Requests (US) or Non-profit Discount Requests (Int’l) depending on your business location.

Adobe Express Premium
Non-profits get one year of free access to Adobe Express on web and mobile, free to use with no credit card required, to all qualified 501 (c)(3) non-profits. Up to 50 people in your organization can experience all of the plans features.
Canva
Canva for non-profits unlocks the premium features of Canva Pro plus team and collaboration tools for one team of up to 50 users. Additional seats are 50% off on Canva Enterprise.
A non-profit can be eligible if they are registered as a charitable non-profit 501(c)(3), independent from government and not operating for commercial profit, international NGOs and public charities, and social impact organizations with clearly stated charitable missions.
Proof that your organization is registered as a nonprofit, including governing documents showing your structure and charitable purpose, are required.
Google Workspace
Have you ever wanted a custom email address for your organization but don’t know how to get started? Google Workspace for Non-profits gives you that and then some! All Google Workspace plans provide a custom email for your non-profit and include collaboration tools like Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites, and more.

With Zeffy, it is 100% free, with Zeffy covering all transaction and credit card fees. 100% of payments received through Zeffy go directly to the non-profit. Asana
Asana is a cloud-based work and project management platform designed to help teams organize, track, and manage daily tasks, projects, and workflows. Qualifying non-profits with 501(c)(3) designation and public libraries are eligible for a 50% discount on a Starter or Advanced plan.
