We are very excited to share our fruit salad recipe with you! It’s very easy to make and tastes wonderful on a hot summer day.
1 whole pineapple sliced into cubes (high in vitamin C)
1 container of sliced strawberries (high in vitamin C)
1 container of blueberries (great for your brain specifically your memory)
1 bag of red/green grapes (great for your heart)
About half a watermelon sliced into cubes (excellent source of water)
A few bananas sliced (high in potassium)
*Kiwis and apple slices also taste delicious in this salad.
Place top of pineapple in the center of bowl and fill fruit around it. Make sure to wash fruit before slicing.
