After a few trail and errors, we have created a healthy yogurt parfait recipe for you that we know you are going to love. It’s healthy, delicious, high in protein, and has just enough crunch to satisfy.

This makes 1 serving.

  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (high in protein)
  • 2 Tbsp. Granola
  • 1/2 cup Berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 1 scoop Whey Protein Powder (we like the vanilla to help soften the taste of the plain greek yogurt)
  • 1 Tbsp. Flax or Chia seeds (we like to mix the two)
  • 1 Tbsp. Walnuts
