- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (high in protein)
- 2 Tbsp. Granola
- 1/2 cup Berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 1 scoop Whey Protein Powder (we like the vanilla to help soften the taste of the plain greek yogurt)
- 1 Tbsp. Flax or Chia seeds (we like to mix the two)
- 1 Tbsp. Walnuts
