With over 15 years of professional development experience, Kate has found her passion for helping others any way she can. Kate has worked in the corporate sector working for non-profits as well as working with small businesses and organizations to build themselves up.
With a graduate degree from Walden University and an undergraduate degree from Kutztown University, she learned the importance of empathy and how to really listen to the needs of others. “By listening, we can focus on what is important to someone. Then, find solutions to help someone find what they are in search of. In the end, we help to empower individuals to accomplish their dreams.” Kate has a way of looking at several small things and then piecing them together to create a system of structure.
In Kate’s spare time, she enjoys traveling, learning about culture, playing piano, gardening, and volunteering to help others.
She is very excited to help empower you!
